Your data and how to delete it

Getting your data out

Everything in your account exports to a spreadsheet from the console itself, with all of its fields: the angle bank, the pains, the lived lines, the creatives and the rounds. You do not have to ask us for it.

Deleting one brand

From the console you can empty a brand's bank and its creatives. The method's base architecture is kept, because it holds none of your data.

Deleting the whole account

Write to info@ecomsupreme.com from the account's email address. We delete it and confirm in writing. After cancellation the content is kept for 90 days in case you come back, and is then permanently deleted.

What we cannot delete

The ads we read from the public Meta and TikTok libraries are neither ours nor yours: the advertisers publish them on those platforms. We can delete them from your account, but not from their source.

Billing

Invoices issued are kept for as long as tax rules require, even if you cancel the account.
