Terms of service

1. What the service is

ANGLYZE reads public ad libraries, transcribes and classifies creatives against an angle architecture, and helps write briefs from that information. It is a tool for analysis and for work: it does not guarantee advertising results of any kind.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for whatever is done from your account. Tell us as soon as you suspect unauthorised access. One account is one brand, with its bank, its products and its creatives.

3. Plans, credits and payment

Plans are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Each plan includes a number of credits: one credit is one ad transcribed or classified. Statics, videos with no usable audio, and copies of a script already classified do not consume credits.

Credits do not roll over from one month to the next and are not refundable. You can change plan or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ANGLYZE to:

• ·Infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property.
• ·Upload unlawful content, or third-party personal data without a legal basis for processing it.
• ·Resell, sublicense or give access to the tool outside the accounts contracted.
• ·Extract the service in bulk by automated means other than the application itself.

5. Content: who owns what

Yours is yours.

The material you upload, your angle architecture and the briefs generated for you are your property. You grant us only the technical licence needed to host and process them while you use the service.

Ours is the software.

The application, its method and its code belong to ANGLYZE.

The libraries' belongs to their owners.

The ads we pull belong to the advertisers who published them and to the platforms hosting them. ANGLYZE analyses them; it does not transfer any rights over them to you and does not authorise you to reuse them as your own.

6. Results generated with AI

The briefs, scripts and classifications are produced by a language model from your data. They can contain errors. Review them before producing or publishing anything. The final decision and the responsibility for it are yours, particularly in categories with rules of their own, such as health or supplementation.

7. Availability

We do what is reasonable to keep the service available, but we do not commit to an availability percentage. There can be maintenance downtime, and we depend on external providers and on the public libraries, which can change without notice.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for loss of profit or for indirect damages.

9. Suspension and cancellation

We can suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk, with notice unless the urgency prevents it. You can cancel whenever you like, from the console or by writing to us.

10. Changes to these terms

If they change substantially, we give you at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
