ANGLYZE (below, we). This policy explains what data we process, what for and for how long. For anything to do with it, write to info@anglyze.com.

1. Who is responsible

ANGLYZE.

Contact: info@anglyze.com.

2. What data we process

From your account.
Email address, encrypted password, the name of the brand or brands you register, and the plan you are on.
What you upload.
The text you bring to feed your bank: reviews, threads, surveys, call transcripts and your own scripts. That material is yours and is stored against your account alone.
What we pull for you.
Ads published in the public Meta and TikTok libraries: the ad's identifier, the advertiser, the dates, the status, the ad's text, the landing page and the creative file. That is information those platforms publish about any advertiser, and which we read, transcribe and order.
Usage.
The technical records needed to run the service: access date and time, errors, and credit consumption.
Payment.
We do not store card numbers. Payment is processed by the payment gateway, which handles that data as a controller in its own right.

3. What we use it for

  • ·Providing the service: pulling, transcribing, classifying and generating the briefs you ask for.
  • ·Keeping your account and giving you access to it.
  • ·Charging for the plan you are on and tracking credit consumption.
  • ·Telling you about incidents, changes to the service, or changes to these terms.
  • ·Security: detecting abuse and protecting the integrity of the system.

We do not use your content to train models of our own, and we do not pass it to other clients. What is shared between accounts is the method, never the information.

4. On what legal basis

Performance of the contract you accept when you register, for everything needed to provide the service and charge for it. Legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and in reading ad libraries that the platforms publish openly. Your consent for anything that is not strictly service communication, which you can withdraw whenever you like.

5. Who processes it on our behalf

We work with providers who act as processors and handle data only on our instructions:

  • ·Hosting and execution: the platform the application runs on.
  • ·Database: the service that stores your bank, your creatives and your configuration.
  • ·Language models: for classifying scripts and writing the briefs you request.
  • ·Audio transcription: for turning the videos we pull into text.
  • ·Payments: the gateway that processes the subscription.

Every one of them processes only what its own function needs, and only on our instructions. If you want a provider's trading name and a link to its own policy, write to info@anglyze.com and we will send it.

6. Where it is processed

Some of the providers are in the United States. Where there is an international transfer, it is covered by the standard contractual clauses or by whichever adequacy framework applies.

7. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your bank and your creatives are kept for 90 days in case you come back, and are then deleted. Billing data is kept for the period the applicable tax rules require.

8. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to info@anglyze.com. We answer within the legal period. If you think we have not done it properly, you can complain to the supervisory authority in your country.

9. Minors

The service is aimed at professionals. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If this policy changes substantially, we tell you by email before it takes effect.

11. If you ask for a free resource

The resource pages are open to anyone — you do not need an account, and what happens there is separate from everything above. This is all of it.

What you give us.
Your email address, and your first name when the form asks for it. On the supplier survey, your answers to its questions and the country you write in. On the brand report, your answer to why you want it.
What we record about the visit.
The network you downloaded from — the first part of your IP address, never the whole one. It is kept so that the limit of free resources cannot be reset by using a different email, and it is not used for anything else. It identifies a connection, not a device or a person.
What we remember in your browser.
A cookie holding the name and email you typed, so the next form greets you instead of asking again. It is described in full in the cookie policy, and every form that uses it carries a visible way to delete it.
If you buy one.
Stripe takes the payment and we never see your card. We keep the fact that you bought that resource, so you keep access to it.

All of it is held in our CRM, GoHighLevel, which is also what sends you the resource and any later emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the emails without taking away anything you already downloaded.

The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, except for the network, which rests on our legitimate interest in not giving the same person unlimited free material. We keep it until you ask us to delete it: write to info@anglyze.com and it goes, along with everything in section 8 — access, rectification, objection and the rest apply here exactly as they do to an account.
