Live library

Start with what is already in market.

Yours. Your competitors'. Winners. Losers.

One creative enters the system.

  • Unclassified
  • Live
  • New

Start with what already exists.

Why now

Making ads got easier.Knowing what to make did not.

AI made production faster. It did not decide which customer tension matters, which angle deserves another iteration, what variable actually changed, or what the team should test next.

Creative volume is not creative strategy.

The job

Your job is not to write more briefs.Your job is to make better creative decisions.

What are we learning?Research and script dissection
What have we not tested?Architecture and gaps
What should we make next?Round planning
What did the test actually teach us?The code, the performance, the indicators

One script, seven fields

A winning ad is not one thing.

It is six decisions stacked on top of each other, and one condition that runs through all of them. ANGLYZE separates them so you can test, compare and reuse them one at a time.

The script

For two years I thought it was the cream. I tried everything, the dermatologist's one, antibiotics, the whole routine. And I treated it as a skin thing, when the skin was only flagging what was going on inside.

You cannot iterate what you cannot separate.

The extraction

ProductGut Balancethe page says so
MacroSkinalready there
MicroRosaceaalready there
PainTreats rosacea from the outside, because nobody told her the origin was digestiveplaced
AngleStop treating the face and treat the originnew
FrameworkPAS · problem, agitation, solutionrecognised
Clinical situationHas tried without a diagnosisTRV-S2

Clinical situation is not a script decision: it cuts across every pain.

The mechanism

The mechanism, not the label.

You are not short of angles. You are short of a way to count them. Two ads can share a persona label and be attacking completely different problems, and a label gives you no way to tell whether you have one idea or two. A label cannot explain performance. A testable mechanism can, and it can be counted.

Labels organise files.

Mechanisms organise learnings.

The architecture

See what you have tested. And what you have not.

ANGLYZE turns hundreds of ads into one navigable strategy: central condition, macro, micro, pain, angle. Every layer has a test you can run, which is why none of them can be inflated.

Central condition1root
Macro angle6territories
Micro angle20symptoms
Pain77with a mechanism
Angle211written

Counted on a supplements account with 2,508 ads read. Not an example.

01
Central condition
The common root that connects symptoms that look unrelated.Decided once, then frozen.
02
Macro angle
Where the consequence comes out. Each one is a territory. No two macros share a pain.
03
Micro angle
The specific symptom inside a macro. This is what gets media.Under three pains it will not hold a round.
04
Pain
What fails her, and what she blames it on. Both halves are mandatory. The only thing that measures cleanly.
05
Angle
The promise a piece makes about that pain.It sits on a pain. It never exists alone.

The empty space is the strategy.

A gap is not another item in a backlog. It is an untested combination sitting in the exact place where it belongs.

The method

The terms are writteninside the console.

The craft, the vocabulary, what to upload and how it is used, readable from inside the product, at the point where you are wondering what a word means. Nobody has to know this already.

You were hired to think. Not to babysit ClickUp.

  • Less tagging
  • Less status chasing
  • Less reporting by hand

More research. More decisions. More iterations.

The question every Monday morning

What should we make next?

Three ways into the same strategy.

Walk the architecture

You go down from the top: condition, product, macro, micro, pain. This is the way when you already know what the round is about.

Let it surface the gaps

It cross-references what you already shot against what the architecture holds. Which angles are still live and deserve another go, and which nobody has tested.

Build it block by block

You assemble the video in the order it will be watched, and the framework comes out of that order. Hanging it off a pain is optional.

One hypothesis

One hypothesis. One creative. One clean learning.

ANGLYZE knows what the original ad proved. When you iterate it, you choose what moves, instead of accidentally changing five things and calling it a test.

Iterating is not repeating.

The piece you start from already proved something. The script inherits its angle and its pain, and only what you decide gets moved. The fewer things you change at once, the clearer it is what moved the result.

[ 01 ]

The probability can be audited

It is a sum with its breakdown on show, not an opinion from the model. A number that comes out of an AI is a number you cannot put in front of anyone.

[ 02 ]

Nothing repeats by accident

The system knows which combinations have never been tried. The gaps surface on their own.

[ 03 ]

It ships with its code

Every creative carries its naming inside the filename and inside the ad copy. When it turns up in the library three months from now, you will know which pain it attacked without transcribing it.

The handoff

Your strategy should survive the handoff.

Every decision becomes a production-ready brief: the line to say, what cannot change, the references, the blocks, the owner and the delivery.

No more "that is not what I meant."

Reporting becomes learning

Ads Manager tells you what happened.ANGLYZE remembers what you tested.

Performance without context is just a number. Every metric sits next to the pain, the angle, the awareness level and the creative decision that produced the test. Seventeen of them, and they exist because every piece carries its naming.

04

Angle half-life

How long it stays on before someone kills it. It sets your entire production rhythm, and it is in no Meta column.

16

Angle gaps per pain

What you have not tested yet. Ads Manager only knows how to talk about what you already launched; it will never tell you where you have not looked.

17

Duplicated ads

How much of your spend is copies of the same script. The first time you measure it, it stings.

14

Creative mortality

Of everything launched in six months, what is still running today. Per element, not in aggregate.

Built from the job

I built ANGLYZE because I was the integration.

Before ANGLYZE existed I already had the process and I already had the tools. The problem was that the strategy lived everywhere: research in one place, references in folders, briefs in Notion, production in ClickUp, performance in Ads Manager. Nothing talked to anything else.

Every week I kept reconstructing the same context. What had we learned, what had already been tested, what pain were we attacking, what angle were we using, what was still in production, what was live, and what the test had taught us. Making more creative was never the hard part. Knowing what deserved to be made next, without starting from zero every week, was.

I was the connection between all of it.

So I started building the screen I wished I had: one creative with its pain, its angle, its awareness level, its status and its performance, all connected. At first it was tiny. Then I realized I used to open four tools just to answer one question, so I kept building.

ANGLYZE now reads the ads already in market, organizes the decisions inside them, maps what has and has not been tested, turns those gaps into the next creative round, and keeps the strategy attached when the brief becomes a live ad.

Research, creative decisions, production, performance and learnings should stay connected without depending on one person remembering where everything lives.

Your strategist should not be the integration layer.

I used to open four tools to find the answer. Now the answer is already there.

Pricing

It costs less than shootingone video you should not have shot.

A credit is a unit of processing. Reading a static, transcribing a video and classifying a script all draw from the same pool. Statics that repeat an image you already read, and copies of a script already classified, cost nothing.

Questions

Before you start.

No. ANGLYZE does not exist to hand you another hundred concepts. It exists to tell you what your brand already knows, what it still does not, and what deserves to be tested next.

No. It removes classification, counting, continuity and admin. The strategist still decides which insight matters, which hypothesis deserves a test, and what the result means.

It shows exactly what was tested, how it was classified and how it performed. Causality still needs a good test. ANGLYZE gives you the evidence to make that call instead of reconstructing it from memory.

For what a swipe file does not do: take it apart. Foreplay shows you ads and stores them; ANGLYZE splits them into their decisions and tells you which one you have never attacked. Keep using yours. We read the same library.

Every pain carries its claims regime and its clinical situation. Pieces that touch a hold come out flagged before they go live. This architecture was built on a supplement brand with EFSA over it.

What ANGLYZE does

Everything a creative strategist needs. In the order the work actually happens.

Bring in, read, search, build, resolve, brief, look — not alphabetical. Including the small ones that are in no sales deck and are the ones used every day.

This list comes out of the same place the console gets it from, so it cannot go stale: a new function appears here on its own.

Bringing material in

7 functions

Where the material comes from, and what it takes to get it in.

  • 01Search a brand in the libraryType the name or paste its Meta library URL and its ads come up, every one there is.
  • 02Document a whole brandBrings its full history, transcribes its videos and classifies them against your architecture, without you touching it again.
  • 03Daily watch on a brandThe console goes back every day to see what they launched and what they killed. What is new comes in on its own.
  • 04Pick only some adsTick the ones you want from the list before bringing them in, instead of the whole library.
  • 05Bring a video in by handA Drive link, a YouTube link, wherever from. It comes through the same door and is classified the same.
  • 06Copy the extraction to a sheetEverything brought in, on the clipboard, ready to paste into Sheets.
  • 07A second library as backupIf one library goes down the other answers and you never notice. Each brand can bring its own key.
02

Reading and classifying

7 functions

What the console does on its own with each piece, and what you decide on top.

  • 01Read a static with AIIt looks at the image, not only the copy: the headline, the seal, who appears and how it is built. Half of that never shows up in the ad text.
  • 02Classify a whole batchRuns the read over everything on screen. The filter is the selection: nothing to tick.
  • 03Transcribe the videosPulls the script out of each video and discards the noise: a YouTube sting and the music are not a script.
  • 04Classify by the scriptA video is classified by what it says. The same script cut eight ways is one creative, not eight.
  • 05Correct by hand what the AI decidedOpen the record and change whatever you like. What a person says beats what the model inferred.
  • 06Duplicates inheritWhat you decide about one image passes to every image that is exactly the same. One read paid for, fourteen ads classified.
  • 07Compare images by their bytesTwo ads with the same filename can be different. The fingerprint tells them apart for real.
03

The folder

10 functions

Where everything documented lives, and how you get to what you are looking for.

  • 01One-click filtersActive videos, stopped statics, top winners, iterated. Each one is a whole question, not a combination you have to remember.
  • 02Filter by creative conceptFifty-one static concepts and twenty-eight video ones, each with what it has done: how many use it, how many are alive, what awareness level it lives at, what share of the account it takes.
  • 03Favourite an adThe star on the card. Then you have them all together in one filter.
  • 04Play the video from the cardHit play and it plays, without opening anything. Drive and YouTube links too, from their record.
  • 05Table or cardsThe table answers inventory questions; the cards let you see the ad. Both read the same filtered list.
  • 06Search inside the textSearches the headline, the copy, the script, the pain and the angle at once.
  • 07Open an ad's recordIts numbers, its video, its script, what the AI decided and what you wrote, across five tabs.
  • 08Copy an ad's scriptTo the clipboard, to paste wherever it is needed.
  • 09Copy the selection to a sheetWhatever you are looking at, with its columns, ready for Sheets.
  • 10Send it to be categorised by handWhatever failed to fit three times goes to New findings, for somebody to say where it belongs.
04

The bank

8 functions

The brand's architecture: products, pains, angles and its customers' own lines.

  • 01Build the architecture from a documentPaste whatever you have — a product sheet, research, reviews — and the console proposes product, macro, micro, pains and angles. You approve.
  • 02Create a product by handWith its central condition, its micros and its pains.
  • 03Bring in the store catalogueReads the products off your site and files them with their destination page attached.
  • 04Merge duplicate productsTwenty-seven records where there are fourteen products. Tick them and they merge into the one you choose, with their pains and their angles.
  • 05Two-product combosFor when they sell together and the ad talks about both.
  • 06Lived lines: the customer's literal wordsThe one thing in the bank that is not written. Kept with its typos, because corrected it stops sounding like a person.
  • 07Upload your own methodIf your brand has its own way of classifying, the console uses it instead of the system's.
  • 08Destination pagesWhat product an ad is for is decided by where it sends people, not by what it says.
05

New findings

5 functions

What the system learns from the ads that your architecture does not record yet.

  • 01What the system learned and you did not havePains, angles, frameworks and products that come out of the ads and your architecture does not record yet. With its recommendation to approve or reject.
  • 02Resolve in bulkApprove or reject everything ticked at once, instead of one by one.
  • 03Categorise by saying where it goesRejecting without saying where it belongs leaves the ads orphaned. Here you say it and they go to their place.
  • 04The harvest: re-read what is classifiedGoes back over the statics already classified and pulls everything each one teaches. It is what fills the bank.
  • 05What comes in on its ownWhatever repeats across several different images and has a good hit rate comes in without joining the queue.
06

Rounds and briefs

7 functions

From what you already know to the script somebody is going to shoot.

  • 01Build a creative roundFive steps: condition, product, macro, micro and pains. It comes out with its codes and its allocation.
  • 02Manual brief, block by blockFor the strategist who wants to build their own creative choosing each piece. The framework comes out of the order the blocks end up in.
  • 03Recommendation of what to shootWhat gap the architecture has, what angle has not been tried, what concept holds up.
  • 04Export the briefThe round document and each piece's brief, to print or to send.
  • 05Send the scripts to NotionOne row per hook with its full route: product, macro, micro, pain, angle, awareness, framework and code.
  • 06Script historyEverything written, with its round, its owner and whether it was shot.
  • 07Take an ad to briefFrom its record, to iterate on something that already worked.
